I want to add my Pocketalk device to VentanaPlease contact our Ventana representative. When doing so, kindly provide the following three pieces of information: IMEI1, IMEI2, and Product model (Pocketalk S, Pocketalk S Plus, Pocketalk S2, Pocketalk S2 Plus). Also, for security reasons, please ensure that the email address of your organization’s Ventana Admin user is included in the sender or CC.
I want to remove a Pocketalk device
The settings reflected in the Ventana Remote Device Setup cannot be received by the devicePlease try the following:
  1. Restart the device
  2. If the screen is turned on, press the power button to turn it off, press either the power button or talk button to turn it on, and press the power button again.

    Note: The above method may force the connection to Ventana. You might see a brief flash of a circle, which indicates that the device is updating.

  3. Perform [Settings] - [Reset] - [Restore factory settings]
The translation history is not reflected in the DashboardFirst, please check that the Save Translation History toggle is turned on in the Ventana Settings > Security screen. (Please refer to “Record Translation History”) For the Pocketalk S series, please note that it may take about up to a day for the translation history to sync.
