Add / Deactivate / Change Roles of Users
This feature is available only to Admin and users.
Add User
Click (Settings) and then click [Add User].
Enter the [Email Address] and [Username] and select [Role].
NOTE
- Please refer to “Ventana User Account Types” for the types and privileges. Privileges can also be changed afterwards.
- The email address entered here will be used as the account for logging into Ventana.
Click [Send].
An invitation email will be sent to the entered email address.
NOTE
The invitation is valid for five days. If it has expired, please re-invite the user.
Re-Invite Users
Re-Invite Users
The [Status] of the users that need to be re-invited are displayed as [Pending]. You can re-invite them in the [User Profile] page.
Click (Settings) and in the displayed [Total Users] list, click the user whose [Status] is [Pending].
Click [Click to Re-Invite] in [Registration Information].
An invitation email will be sent to the corresponding user.
Deactivate Users
Click (Settings) and in the displayed [Total Users] list, click the user you want to deactivate.
Click at the upper right corner of the displayed page and select [Deactivate This User].
Click [Deactivate].
Changing Roles
Click (Settings) and in the displayed [Total Users] list, click the user whose role you want to change.
Select the role you want to change from the [Role] dropdown menu in the [Ventana Settings] field.

Click [Save].
