Account Registration

To get started with Ventana, an account will need to be created.

An authentication email will be sent to the email address provided to our sales representative.
Please follow the instructions in the email to authenticate your account.

NOTE

This operation should only be performed by representatives of organizations using Ventana for the first time. To add others in the organization as Ventana users, invite them from the [Users] page in Ventana.

Add / Deactivate / Change Roles of Users

1. Click the link in the account registration email sent to the email address provided.
   

   NOTE

   • The registration invitation is valid for five days. If the link in the email has expired, please visit https://console.pocketalk.com/. On the [Welcome Back] screen, click [Forgot your password?]. Enter your registered email address and click [Continue]. A password setup email will be sent to the provided email address.
   • If you haven't received the email, please check to see if it has been marked as spam.

2. Set your password on the displayed web page and click [Password Reset].
   

   NOTE

   Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following 4 character types: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
