Reports

The [Reports] pages allow you to check information regarding the translations performed on the Pocketalk device.

* The number refers to the data for all Pocketalk devices registered in the Ventana account.

The pages for [Times Translated], [Translation From], and [Translation To] have different report contents, but the layout of the pages is the same. The following explains how to view the [Times Translated] page as an example.

How to View the Reports Page

The following explains how to view the [Reports] page using the [Times Translated] page as an example, dividing it into the Search and Filter block (A) and the List block (B).

Translation count page

Search and Filter Block (A)

The Search and Filter blocks are explained below from left to right.

Search field
Search for keywords within the displayed list.
Period field
Select the display period by month.
[Switch view] dropdown menu
The list is displayed in [Day], [Week] or [Month] based on the menu selected in the period field.
[Export Data] button
The displayed list can be exported in CSV format.

List Block (B)

NOTE

  • When the browser window is narrow, some list items may be hidden. Scroll horizontally using the scrollbar to see all list items. Hover the mouse over the bottom row of the list to reveal the horizontal scrollbar.
  • Clicking on any Pocketalk device in the list will display the [Device Details] page for that device.

In the [Times Translated] Page

The following is an explanation of the items in the [Times Translated] list from left to right.

IMEI
Displays the Pocketalk device's IMEI2 (embedded). Specifically, it shows the [IMEI (Embedded SIM)] from [Settings] - [Device/License Info] - [Device Info] on the device.
ICCID
The identification number of the Pocketalk device's built-in SIM. Specifically, it shows the [ICCID (Embedded SIM)] from [Settings] - [Device/License Info] - [Device Info] on the device.
Device Name
The name given to the Pocketalk device when registered in Ventana (the ‘N’ in “Device N” is a number). The [Device Name] can be changed in the [Device Details] page. It is recommended to change the name to make it easier to manage in Ventana.
How to View the [Device Details] Page
Product Model
The product model of the Pocketalk device.
Times translated (Total for the period)
The number of translations performed by the device (the count displayed varies based on the period selected in the search and filter fields).
Period display such as 2024/10/1 (UTC format)
The number of translations performed by the Pocketalk device per day, week, or month.

In the [Translation From] Page

The following is an explanation of the items in the [Translation From] from left to right.

Language
Source language.
Use frequencies
Translation count by language. *
Period display such as 2024/10/1 (UTC format)
Translation count by day, week, or month. *

* This is the total number of translations for all devices under the Ventana account.

In the [Translation To] Page

The following is an explanation of the items in the [Translation To List] from left to right.

Language
Target language.
Use frequencies
Translation count by language. *
Period display such as 2024/10/1 (UTC format)
Translation count by day, week, or month. *

* This is the total number of translations for all devices under the Ventana account.

Export Log Data

By clicking on [Reports] - [Export Log Data] in the left menu, you can export the log file in CSV format. In the displayed dialog, select the period (monthly) for which you want to obtain the logs and click [Export].

A CSV file will be generated containing the following information:
