How to Operate

To set up and operate Ventana, please follow the steps below:

  1. Account registration

    Please provide our sales representative with your organization name (which will be the account name for the Ventana) and the email address of the person who will be the Admin user. An authentication email will be sent to the email address.

    Follow the instructions in the email to authenticate the account.

  2. Invite users to Ventana*

    To allow others to access Ventana, invite users through the Ventana platform.

  3. Create a group and add Ventana users to devices*

    To manage and operate devices by group, create a group and link the devices with their users.

  4. Carry out management and operations through Ventana
