Introduction

Thank you for using the Pocketalk management tool, “Ventana.”

Ventana is a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution that allows you to centrally monitor and manage multiple Pocketalk devices under your organization. By using Ventana, you can monitor the usage status of all devices, including when and on which device translations were made, as well as how many times translations were conducted between which languages. This information can be viewed by individual devices or for groups, along with additional capabilities.

The various data collected by Ventana can also be exported in CSV format. Additionally, in the event of device loss or theft, Ventana offers excellent security features, such as the ability to remotely lock devices to prevent unauthorized use.

Ventana User Account Types

There are four types of Ventana users, each with associated privileges. Management and operations can be handled using these four levels of user accounts. When adding a user, please refer to the following table and assign the appropriate user account type.
